I decided I wanted to try out some new colours so went to look at some online, on my way I found the Colour Lovers website . There you can make and share colour palettes and colour patterns. I found this palette that I liked the look of
It's by DianaColours and it turns out she is a polymer clay artist too which is probably why here colours and patterns appeal to me.
Here's a couple of canes I made with the palette. I will show you what I made with them later.

That is a fantastic web site. I subscribe to the blog as well but have never tried any palettes yet. I'll have to give it a try.

Indeed, that site is wonderful, and I will try to add more tools like the one I did for extruded canes that you can find here http://www.colourlovers.com/pattern/template/93446/Extruded_canes , but after I get back from holiday :D.
The colourlovers site is very helpful cause you can make a lot of palettes and you can try them on various patterns, you can see those tries on my blog as well and realize that maybe a palettes that looks good in theory may not look that good when you try it as beads. Also you can find TONS of gorgeous palettes made by others, witch saves a lot more time(but so many palettes that you may end up spending a lot more time there than you plan :D)
